Shipping & Returns

Vector450 will exchange the product in the event that the product ordered did not arrive sealed as per Vector450′s packaging standards.

For apparel and gear items, Vector450 only accepts returns/exchanges in the event that the item received was not the same as the item ordered or the item ordered arrived in damaged condition. Vector450 will accept size exchanges, however all shipping expenses must be paid for by the customer in the event of a size exchange.

Vector450 strives to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. All orders that are received via internet, telephone, or any other means are processed and shipped within one (1) business day. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders are most often shipped through USPS. Barring unforeseen circumstances that are out of Vector450 control, all packages are expected to arrive in one (1) to twenty-five (25) business days. Vector450 is not responsible for any transit delays that are out of Vector450 control. In the event that a customer does not pick up a package after being left a delivery notice by the shipping company and receiving email notice from Vector450, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping expenses involved in resending the item(s).

Return Terms & Procedures

Vector450 will accept the return by the original purchaser of any unopened product sold by our company that is postmarked for return to our company within 90 days of the original purchase. Please include in the return package the remaining portion of the product.

Upon receipt of the product and verification of your purchase, Vector450 will immediately refund your original purchase price less the shipping by the same method you used for your original payment.

Please send your unopened bottle to the address below. Please include your name, order number (if you have it), and order confirmation/packing list. After receipt of product, return payment will occur in 2-3 weeks.

Damaged Items

Please email us at support@vector450.com to report an item that arrived damaged. When an item is damaged due to the shipping process, please keep all shipping materials for inspection by the shipping agent.
